We do not store credit card numbers on our web servers for your protection. You will need to enter your credit card information each time you shop with us.

Please keep your items in a zipper bag, away from air-sun-water-sweat-damp-cream-perfume . This will extend the life of your items.

Refunds & Returns

We accept returns under following conditions. If you want to return the item(s) for any reason, please ship it back with protective envelope with registered delivery (w/tracking number) at your cost. Once we receive the package, if the items are in re-sellable condition, not damaged, we will refund after deducting shipping and %15 restocking fee.

❤ Custom orders, clearance and discounted products are non-refundable.
❤ If your order is unclaimed it will be returned to us. We will refund within one week after we receive it (minus shipping and fees)
❤ If there is problem with your item, please contact us within 3 days after arrival, we will be happy to help.  


We ship all orders within 3 business days. You can upgrade at check out. We offer free express shipping for orders USD 250 and over (after discount)

Buyers are responsible for any import duties and taxes that may occur in their country.  

❤ All USA orders (except Puerto Rico) are shipped with Eco-Express delivers in 6-10 days. All other orders are shipping with registered standard mail (with tracking no.) delivers in 10-25 days. The deliveries are estimates and may not be accurate during pandemic and any other unforeseen circumstances.

❤ Delivery times don't include weekends/public holidays, natural disasters and pandemic and they are only estimated times. Although we are NOT responsible for late delivery/lost packages once out of Turkey, we will do our best to help you track the package.

❤ During pandemic, mailmen may drop your package at the door or mail box as precaution. Please kindly check these places.
